- Candidate Invitation- Once a candidate applies to a job posting, Mochi automatically sends them a web screening invite via email. 
- Reminders are automatically managed by Mochi. 
 
- AI Evaluation- Mochi analyzes responses for clarity, relevance, and alignment with role-specific competencies. 
- It provides a scoring summary, key highlights, and recommendations visible in the candidate’s profile. 
 
- Recruiter Review- Review Mochi’s analysis and the candidate’s original responses in the dashboard. 
- Make a go/no-go decision or tag for further review by the hiring manager.

If a candidate reports technical issues or you’re missing a report:
- Resend the invite if needed.
