1. Sending results manually
To send your candidate's results by email, click on the candidate of your choice and click on Send results in the top right-hand corner of your screen, right next to your candidate's email:
💡 Remember to check that the email sent by Maki is suitable to your needs by clicking on Manage email templates. You can personalize the "results" email to be sent to candidates at any time in the assessment settings.
2. Sending results automatically
You can also set up the results to be sent automatically to candidates as soon as they have completed their assessment. To do this, go to the general settings of your assessment and switch on the toggle Automatically send results email to candidates:
Remember to "Save" your changes.
💡 You can revoke the automatic sending of results to candidates at any time by deactivating this toggle.
