Sometimes your candidates may need a general reminder about their assessment to be completed on Maki. Whether they missed the email or didn’t realise they had a limited time to complete it, you may need to send a nudge, in order to maintain an efficient recruitment process.
Step-by-step guide
To send reminder emails to individual candidates on Maki, follow these steps :
Head to your recruiter dashboard
2. Find the assessment that you wish to remind candidates about
3. Locate and select the candidate you wish to remind
4. Click on the drop down in the lower right corner and select ‘Send reminder email’
4. You can also send a reminder email by clicking on the three dot icon when looking at your candidate’s profile :
5. Your invitation is now sent! Your candidate should complete their assessment soon.
The content of the email
The generic content of a reminder email that is sent from Maki is as follows:
However, this message can edited by going to your assessment’s settings:
Head to settings
Click on ‘Emails’ and then select ‘Generic reminder’ from the ‘Email template’ drop down
From there, you can edit your Subject, Heading, Message content and even the text shown in the button linked to the assessment
