Some features of our platform require pop-ups to work correctly. If pop-ups are blocked, you may not be able to open some parts of the assessment.

💡 To ensure you have the best experience on Maki, we recommend that you use Google Chrome to complete your assessment.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click the three dots (⋮) > Settings.

  3. In the left menu, select Privacy and security > Site settings.

  4. Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.

  5. Choose one of these options:

    • Allow all sites to show pop-ups (not recommended).

    • Add a specific site: Under Allowed to send pop-ups and redirects, click Add, then enter the site URL.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.

  2. At the top right, click the three dots (⋮) > Settings.

  3. In the left menu, select Cookies and site permissions.

  4. Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.

  5. Turn Block (recommended) off, or add your site under Allow.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari.

  2. In the top menu, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences on older versions).

  3. Go to the Websites tab.

  4. In the left panel, select Pop-up Windows.

  5. Next to the site you want to allow, choose Allow from the drop-down menu.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. At the top right, click the three lines (☰) > Settings.

  3. In the left menu, select Privacy & Security.

  4. Scroll down to the Permissions section.

  5. Find 'block pop-up windows':

    • Uncheck the box to allow all pop-ups.

    • Or keep it checked, then click Exceptions… and add the site URL.
