If you need an accommodation, such as extra time or any other support, you can easily request it directly through your assessment portal. Below are the steps to follow.
Steps to request an assessment accommodation:
Access your assessment link
Open the assessment link you received via email.
Click on "Request an accommodation"
In the top right corner of your screen, next to the connection status indicator, click on the "Request an accommodation" option.
Confirm your request
A pop-up window will appear. Confirm that you wish to request an accommodation by clicking on "Request an accommodation."
Receive confirmation of your request
Your request will be automatically saved, and you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Reply to the confirmation email
Once you receive the confirmation email, take this opportunity to provide further details about your situation and specific needs, such as extra time to complete the assessment.
Requesting a time extension:
If you need more time to complete your assessment, simply mention this in your reply to the confirmation email. We will carefully review your request and adjust the assessment conditions accordingly.
Requesting other accommodations:
If you require a specific accommodation, such as audio transcription or audio description, here’s how to reach us:
You can reply directly to the confirmation email with details of your needs.
You can also write to us at [email protected] to discuss solutions that can be put in place for you.
💡 Compatibility with specialized browsers:
Our assessments are automatically compatible with specialized browsers used for accessibility purposes. No additional steps are required on your end to ensure compatibility.
Requesting captions for video-based tests:
If your assessment includes a video-based activity and you need captions or subtitles, you can turn them on directly within the video. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the video and select “Turn on subtitles.”
