Managing teams and locations

Learn how to use our Teams and Locations items to collaborate more effectively on your platform

Teams and locations are manageable from your Settings, Organization section:

Teams

Teams allow you to group several Maki users together in the same team. This team will have identical and shared access to every assessments of your choice.

To add a new team, click on the "Create a team" button and fill-in the dedicated fields:

  • Name your team,

  • Choose the users to be grouped together in the same team,

  • Choose the assessments to which your team will have access.

Teams are used as tags and can be added to your assessments fields (in the settings of a chosen assessment) in order to sort assessments between each others:

Tips 💡

You can add as many teams as you wish.

You can modify existing teams ("pencil" icon to the right of the team name).


Locations

To add a new location, click on the "Create a location" button and name your location:


Locations are used as tags and can be added to your assessments to organise them:

Tips 💡

Just like teams, you can add as many locations as you wish.

You can modify existing locations ("pencil" icon to the right of the location name).
