Custom question answers that you have to rate are shown in a blue ‘Mark’ button in your candidate results table:
Click on "Rate" to view the candidate's answer and rate the answer using our star system (5 stars = 100% success):
Tips 💡
You can share your candidate's answer, and view the reviews left by your colleagues.
Remember to optimise your time and score only the custom questions of candidates who have reached your minimum success threshold: for example, filter your candidates to keep only those who have at least scored 80% overall, then score their answer.
Once you have entered the score, your candidate's overall score is automatically recalculated.
