Utilizing previous results for a smoother process

Maki utilizes candidates' previous results to make your recruitment process simpler and more efficient. When candidates take assessments with Maki, they may encounter activities similar to ones they've already completed. Instead of having them redo these activities, Maki remembers their results from past tests for 6 months.

Why it's useful ?

This feature saves candidates time and ensures a fair evaluation.

How it works

1. When candidates access a new assessment on Maki, they begin by registering.

2. Maki's system checks if candidates have completed similar activities in the past 6 months.

3. If so, Maki uses their previous results, allowing them to move directly to new activities.

4. If candidates have completed all activities, they are directed to the end of their assessment, and their results are directly shared with you.

Can candidates retake activities/evaluations?

To ensure fairness, each activity can only be completed once every 6 months.
