What is the CISDAG test about?

What is the CISDAG test about?

CISDAG, in a few words.

The CISDAG is a new version of a well-known and validated psychometric model of personality: The HEXACO – Honesty-humility, Emotionality, eXtraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience. This descriptive model measures the six major dimensions of normal variation in how people typically think, feel and behave.

In this newly-developed version of the HEXACO, the dimensions have been renamed, respectively: ‘Scrupulous’, ‘Composed’, ‘Gregarious’, ‘Amiable’, ‘Diligent’, and ‘Intellective’. The new version has been developed so as to be suitable for use in occupational and similar applied settings.

How are the results calculated?

The CISDAG test characterizes each candidate in relation to the 6 dimensions. For each dimension, the candidate falls into one out of three groups: "Low", "Medium" and "High", depending on his/her actual score on the test.

The attribution is based on a representative sample study (calibrated cohort).

A candidate who belongs to the "High" group is a candidate who falls within the definition of this dimension; conversely, a candidate who belongs to the "Low" group is far from it.

How to interpret results?

Let's take the example of the "Extraversion" dimension:

"Low": introverted, solitary and reserved candidate

"Medium" : ambivert (neither extrovert nor introvert), engaging and flexible

"High" : extroverted, lively and sociable candidate
