You can now fill-in a common decision for several applicants, making it easier for you to make decisions and sort your candidates pipe. To do so bulk-select your candidates and fill-in your choice i.e. To evaluate, Move to the next stage, Hire or Reject:



Nota bene : You can reject your candidates using email templates customizable in your assessment' settings. You can also share their assessment report along the way.

You can also chose to reject them silently if you want to tell them about your decision in-person. In that case they will not receive any email. ☝️ Still do not forget to inform each of your candidates of your decision.
